1. Call to Order & Introductions:
a. Meeting called to order by LaVon Johnson @ 6:30pm
2. Treasurer Report – By Jill Christopher
a. Gym mats ended up being $1950
b. We have a $16,000 surplus need to allocate money.
• Music Piano – for $1950
• New Art Room Funds - $1000
• Kindness Rocks Project - $200
• Teacher End of Year Money - $150 (x25 teachers)
• K-1st Grade Packs for new Math Programs - $175
1. Approved by all in attendance.
3. Principals Report – By Lynn Bormann
• Thank you for coordinating staff appreciation week activities for the week.
• Staffing update:
▪ We will have 22 sections (K-5) next year (which is 1 section less than this year)
o Will be finalizing the hiring for next year this spring. 3 sections of 4th grade and 3 sections of 5th.
o Constructions for gate and art room w/ bond dollars.
▪ M 5/27 Memorial Day no school
▪ Th 5/30 Last day of school events/inflatables
▪ Cart to make it mobile $400
4. Committee Reports:
• Teacher appreciation week – Jenn Landphere
• Fundraiser – Robin Berg & Holly Aasby Meeting next week 5/13 budget is $3,000.
• Year book – 303 year books
• End of year inflatables – Schedules all set, sign up will be sent out and live
